Background

WindWalking Design was founded by William Cooper in late 2003.
Since the world wide web's conception, and over the last 15 years, William has provided development and design
as an associate for both small and large companies, and as an independant consultant for invididuals and small profit
and non-for-profit organizations.
In addition, William has created technical documentation, software manuals and original web content, and has developed and provided training to local, national and international participants. He is an active fiction writer, musician, and performer. |
